St Philomena’s School fees are set each year by the Board of Governors.
The School reserves the right to vary fees and extras from time to time and will endeavour to give parents at least a term’s notice of any increases.
A full term’s written notice addressed to and actually received by the Headteacher by the first day of the term at the end of which the pupil will leave. No other notice will suffice. A full term’s notice must be given before a pupil is withdrawn from the School or a term’s fees in lieu will be due and payable whether or not the place can be filled. Bursaries and Scholarships may be available, subject to disclosure of financial circumstances and certain other Terms and Conditions. Bursaries are applicable for one academic year and must be re-applied for annually.
A £60 (£50 plus VAT) non-refundable registration fee is required to register for a place at the school.
A £400 acceptance fee is required upon acceptance of a place. This fee is held on account and refunded when your child leaves St Philomena’s.
Fees are payable before the first day of each term.
We are registered with the Government’s tax-free childcare scheme. We also accept childcare vouchers which can be used as payment for termly fees for Reception Class children up to the age of 5 years old, for Breakfast Club and some extra-curricular activities.
